A complimentary mid-week housekeeping service is provided on day 3 or 4 of each week, for each 7 night term rented at the full published rate, up to 6 hours in total. The cleaning includes bed and bath linen changse. Does not apply if renting for less than 7 nights. This service is considered more useful than light daily "hotel-style cleaning". You may request to substitute the mid-week service with light daily hotel-style housekeeping service with advance notice and subject to availability. Outcleaning is provided up to a reasonable and customary amount. Refundable security deposit of $2000 is required. No smoking in unit. All rates are cash rates. Payment is accepted by personal or company check, money order or bank wire transfer. Credit Cards including Master Card, Visa, AMEX, and Discover may be used. We reserve the right to apply a bank cost recovery fee ranging from 3.25-3.75% additional for credit card payments. All rates are plus State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax 7.25% and General Excise Tax 4.166%. REFUND & CANCELLATIONS: GUEST UNDERSTANDS AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE INITIAL PAYMENT BY GUEST IS NON-REFUNDABLE, UNLESS THE PROPERTY IS DAMAGED BY A CAUSE OTHER THAN GUEST NEGLIGENCE, OR IF THE PROPERTY IS OTHERWISE RENDERED UNFIT FOR HABITATION AND NO ACCEPTABLE SUBSTITUTE PROPERTY CAN BE ARRANGED. IF GUEST CANCELS THIS RESERVATION, A REFUND OF GUEST'S INITIAL PAYMENT MAY BE MADE, LESS A PRE-DISCLOSED CANCELLATION CHARGE, BASED ON THE GROSS RENTAL AMOUNT AND TAXES ORIGINALLY DUE FOR THE RESERVATION, IF THE ACCOMMODATION IS RE-RESERVED BY ANOTHER PARTY FOR THE SAME DATES AND AT THE SAME RATE. GUEST UNDERSTANDS AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT OWNER/AGENT/PROPERTY MANAGER HAS NO OBLIGATION TO RE-RESERVE UPON GUEST'S CANCELLATION, ALTHOUGH REASONABLE EFFORTS MAY BE EXPECTED. LODGING CANCELLATION COVERAGE IS AVAILABLE FROM INDEPENDENT PROVIDERS AND IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Guests must abide by Wailea Beach Villa rules. Please treat the unit as you would your own home. Hawaii's volcanic dirt can stain rugs and furnishings. Please make sure that sand is washed off before entering the unit. Beach towels are provided at either pool - use these and do not remove towels from the unit. Renters will be liable for any damage caused to the unit, furnishings or grounds, not limited to the $2000 security deposit amount. |
